The hotel is conveniently located in the downtown area, close to public transportation and surrounded by supermarkets and restaurants. the bed size in the room is spacious and comfortable, providing a good night's sleep. There is also a facility to store luggage until needed.
The staff at the hotel have limited language skills, making communication difficult.

The location of the hotel was excellent, right in the heart of the city. It was close to public transportation, supermarkets, and restaurants, making it convenient for exploring the city. the price of the hotel was reasonable and offered a good value for the service provided.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly, and one of the people at the reception was especially attentive. The location is perfect, right in the downtown area, with easy access to public transportation such as the tram and metro stations. It is surrounded by supermarkets and restaurants, making it convenient for dining and shopping. The cleanliness of the hotel was impressive, and the bed size was more than enough for a comfortable night's sleep.

Spent Christmas here, and it was amazing! First thing I loved was the cozy room that was just perfect for a holiday like this. the breakfast spread was top-notch, with different options to choose from. Location-wise, it was spot on! Just a short walk to the train station and a ton of restaurants around made the stay all the more convenient.
There were a few things that could have been better. For one, the staff had a hard time communicating in English.
